An ergonomic education course is designed to train health, wellbeing and safety employees on how to appropriately perform a occupation health and safety assessment as well as how to reduce any ergonomic risk factors in the workplace setting.

3- Basic anatomy of the human body as well as how the human body is made to move.
4- Ergonomic risk factors commonly seen in the workplace.
5- Recommended stretches, exercises and working regimes
6- A live demonstration of various ergonomic settings and how to best reduce the ergonomic risk factors.
7- Finish with a quiz on the content learnt during the course.
